Not all the residents of Mechanicsburg consider it home, particularly the ones who are not there by choice. Those sentenced to a term in Castle Heterodyne are categorized here. Many of the incarcerated characters don't have names (yet), but in some cases, for example Ms. Lampshade, they have unique (to put it mildly) distinguishing features that let us keep track of them.
