Yay! Confirmation that Zeetha is still alive (although it seemed like there was a decent chance of that, given previous podcast interview WoG that we'd see Skifander someday) and Higgs looks a bit better (well, we did know he's a good healer). I still suspect Zola will escape somehow, however-- she could still be so useful for plot complications. Perhaps fighting Higgs will be just the thing to burn off the excess Movit #11. I'm still trying to figure out how even a Smoke Knight swaps a sword for a stalk. That rises above ninja-level ability and approaches Bugs Bunny-level sleight of hand. Interesting that Higgs knowa Zeetha is still alive without needing to do a lot of checking. Do they both have the same mind-over-matter self-healing powers? And I think Zola will survive and escape: with Lucrezia's consciousness stored in her messed-up head she is prime candidate for being "origin of The Other" if time travel is available! - Violetta's claim to be a bad Smoke Knight is justified. While she is very good at sneaky switching and escape and evasion, and a fairly good fighter, she has great faults on the spying side. Notably, she failed to notice that the Burgomeister of Mechanicsburg is a figurehead while working as his secretary, discussed her equipment with foreigners, and went around telling people she's a Smoke Knight!
