As you may have alredy concluced, I am/was an incorrigible Photoshop user, but now specialize in The GIMP, an open code graphics package. The GIMP is available for free download for almost any and every operating systme. It does everything that Photoshop does, but be advised its learning curve is just as steep as Photoshop's. You will never be the master of it, even if you work it for twenty years because the programmers who created it handed it down to other programmers who really do modify it from time to time and will, without a doubt, hand it down to younger programmers sometime in the near future. So, for as long as there are programmers interested in doing graphics software, The GIMP will live long and prosper.
I also fancy myself a writer and do work on my own stories almost constantly. Don't worry, I have forbidden myself from even thinking about doing any 'Girl Genius fan fiction. I have done enough fan fiction to last a lifetime. Also, I qualified for my Old Fart's badge about ten years ago. That is why you will never learn my real name or even where I actually live.
