A relatively recent Girl Genius fan, but I've taken the time to read the whole shebang from start to finish -- repeatedly. I do have a certain experience with wikis for webcomics, as for example for Errant Story, the one and only webcomic I know of that's as interesting as this one. Check its wiki, the Heretic Knowledge Vault, for a sense of my approach to wiki-ing; the FAQ section there was written mainly by me (as was a lot of other stuff).

I'll help here when I can, although I'm a working stiff with other things to do. I'm very happy to have found this wiki -- if there was ever a webcomic that needs one, GG is that webcomic.
